If a consumer purchases goods using the gastroshop.lv website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia that regulate distance contracts, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n

online store may withhold the refund until the moment when the product has been received or the proof of shipment has been received.<\/span><\/p>\n The online store is not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n The online store reserves the right to refuse the order if the price of the product due to an error is significantly lower than the market price.<\/span><\/p>\n The online store is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract, if it is detected <\/span>within 6 months<\/b> from the moment of
